GRP Limited invested Rs 2.60 crore for a 26.43% stake in BECIS Solar, powering Gujarat operations

GRP Limited has subscribed to and been allotted 2,60,48,649 equity shares of BECIS Solar 5 Private Limited for Rs 2.60 crore on a rights issue basis dated August 10, 2026, completing its commitment in the transaction and holding 26.43% of BECIS’s shareholding. BECIS, incorporated on July 8, 2025, is setting up an 8 MW solar power project in Gujarat to supply power to GRP Limited on a long-term basis, in compliance with the Electricity Rules, 2005.
