Him Teknoforge Limited announced that Mr. Rajiv Aggarwal has been re-appointed as a Joint Managing Director for a period of three years, effective August 14, 2026, as per resolutions passed in a board meeting dated August 12, 2026, and a special resolution passed in the company's 54th Annual General Meeting held on August 27, 2025; Mr. Aggarwal, who has been associated with the company for 33 years and is part of the promoter group, holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
