Jagan Lamps Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Shweta Nathani as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Pardeep Singh as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
