GP PETROLEUMS LIMITED announced the appointment of Ms. Priyanka Sinha (DIN: 06379983) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a term of two years, effective August 12, 2026, and the cessation of Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta (DIN: 08786735) as an Independent Director, following the completion of his first term, also effective August 12, 2026.
