IndoStar Capital Finance allotted shares under multiple ESOP plans following option exercise

IndoStar Capital Finance Limited announced the allotment of 15,045 equity shares under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2018, 23,000 equity shares under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2016, and 25,000 equity shares under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2012, following the exercise of stock options by Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman Randhir Singh. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 1,61,59,23,590 with 16,15,92,359 shares to Rs 1,61,65,54,040 with 16,16,55,404 shares as a result of the allotment.
