Shalby Limited appoints Shanay Vikram Shah as Whole-Time Director for five years

Shalby Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Shanay Vikram Shah (DIN: 02726541) as an Additional Director designated as Whole-Time Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective August 12, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval from the Audit Committee. Mr. Shah, who is a relative of Dr. Vikram I. Shah, Chairman and Managing Director of Shalby Limited, was previously appointed as President of the company on October 5, 2024, and his appointment as Whole-Time Director is subject to shareholder approval at the 22nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 10, 2026.
