Gujarat Inject Kerala Limited adjourned its EGM to August 19 due to insufficient quorum

Gujarat Inject Kerala Limited informed the BSE that the 01/2026-27 Extra Ordinary General Meeting (“EGM”), which was scheduled for August 12, 2026, has been adjourned due to a lack of quorum and will now be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 03:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM).
