The Company's net profit jumped 138.63% to Rs 130.91 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 63.54% to Rs 680.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 324.3 crore, soaring by 68.19% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 45.19 crore, softening 1.09% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 10.21% to Rs 1240.26 crore, while net profit saw a marginal increase of 3% to Rs 150.33 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 21406% to Rs 225.29 crore, and PBT improved 10.96% to Rs 199.69 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 130.02 crore in FY26, as against Rs 192.01 crore in FY25. Vadilal Industries Ltd surged by 45.67% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.04% during the same period.
