Mukka Proteins re-appointed key directors and executives for five-year terms

Mukka Proteins Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Karkala Shankar Balachandra Rao, Hamad Bava, and Narendra Surendra Kamath as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of five years, commencing January 15, 2027, and ending January 14, 2032, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board re-appointed Kalandan Mohammed Haris as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a further five years, effective January 20, 2027, to January 19, 2032, and re-appointed Kalandan Mohammed Althaf as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer and Kalandan Mohammad Arif as Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, both for five-year terms starting January 20, 2027.
