Pasupati Spinning appoints Bhim Sain Goyal as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years

Pasupati Spinning and Weaving Mills Limited announced that its board approved the continuation of Chander Mohan Sharma as Whole Time Director until December 19, 2027, and Anil Kumar Jain as Independent Director until August 13, 2029, both subject to shareholder approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The board also appointed Bhim Sain Goyal as an Additional Director, serving as a Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, from August 12, 2026, to August 11, 2031, also pending shareholder approval.
