Aadhar Housing Finance appoints Nikhil Goyal as Additional Director, pending shareholder approval

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Nikhil Goyal (DIN: 09170911) as an Additional Director, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at a board meeting held on August 12, 2026. The board also approved a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for Mr. Goyal’s appointment as a Non-Executive Nominee Director of the Promoter Company, and he is currently Managing Director within the private equity business group of Blackstone Advisors India Private Limited.
