Arvind SmartSpaces Limited allotted 30,000 equity shares to its ESOP Trust on August 12, 2026

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited, formerly known as Arvind Infrastructure Limited, announced the allotment of 30,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each on August 12, 2026, to the ASL ESOP Trust under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 (“ASL ESOP 2016”), with the shares to be transferred to eligible employees upon the exercise of stock options.
