Natura Hue-Chem re-appoints Suraj Rajput & Co as auditor, Aditya Sharma as director

Natura Hue-Chem Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved the re-appointment of M/s. Suraj Rajput & Co as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and Mr. Aditya Sharma as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval.
