Firstsource Solutions allots shares under ESOS and ESOP plans, approved by trustees

Firstsource Solutions Ltd. announced the allotment of 353,905 shares under its Firstsource Solutions Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2003 (ESOS 2003) and Firstsource Solutions Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 (ESOP 2019 Plan) on August 12, 2026, following the exercise of stock options, with the allotment approved by the Trustees of Firstsource Employee Benefit Trust at 5.01 p.m.
