InsolaƟon Energy Limited allotted shares under ESOP 2024, raising equity capital

InsolaOon Energy Limited announced the allotment of 2,500 fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1 face value each under the InsolaOon Energy Employee Stock Op Oon Plan 2024 (“ESOP 2024”/“Plan”), increasing the company’s issued and paid-up equity share capital from Rs 22,04,49,375 divided into 22,04,49,375 equity shares to Rs 22,04,51,875 divided into 22,04,51,875 equity shares.
