Comfort Intech Limited has fixed Monday, September 14, 2026, as the record date for its 32nd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 21, 2026, and for determining eligibility to receive a final dividend of Rs 0.05 per equity share, equivalent to 5% of the paid-up equity share capital for the financial year 2025-26, with tax to be deducted at source as per the Income-tax Act.
