Poonawalla Fincorp secures approval to issue debentures up to Rs 750 crore on BSE Limited

Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced it has received approval from its Finance Committee to issue secured, redeemable, rated, listed, non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 100,000 each, for an amount aggregating up to Rs 750,00,00,000 (Rupees Seven Hundred Fifty Crore) through a private placement to eligible investors, with the debentures proposed to be listed on BSE Limited.
