Mid India Industries re-appointed ATM & Associates as auditor for five years

Mid India Industries Limited announced the re-appointment of ATM & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 017397C), as its statutory auditor for a period of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the company's 35th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting, to be held for the financial year ending March 31, 2031, subject to member approval. The re-appointment will be effective from September 28, 2026, and follows the completion of the existing tenure, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on August 12, 2026.
