India Shelter Finance Corporation’s share capital increased following ESOP exercise

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited announced the allotment of 1,12,158 equity shares of Rs 5/- each on August 12, 2026, following the exercise of Employee Stock Options under its ESOP schemes. Consequently, the company's paid-up share capital increased to Rs 54,48,33,565, comprising 10,89,66,713 equity shares, up from Rs 54,42,72,775 and 10,88,54,555 shares previously.
