GP PETROLEUMS LIMITED will re-schedule its Board of Directors meeting to Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds by way of issuance of debt securities/debt instruments, including Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) or Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs), in one or more tranches.
