Nippon Life India Asset Management allotted over 422,000 shares under various employee schemes

Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited’s Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 3,60,124 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, 53,051 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023, and 8,965 equity shares under its Performance Linked Stock Unit Scheme 2023, totaling 4,22,140 shares, on August 12, 2026. The total amount received from the allotments was Rs 42,21,400, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital to 63,97,18,037 shares with a total value of Rs 6,39,71,80,370.
