Vishal Mega Mart subsidiary employee exercises options, boosting share capital by Rs 1,75,00,000

Vishal Mega Mart Limited announced that 5,00,000 stock options were exercised by an eligible employee of its subsidiary under the Vishal Mega Mart Employees Stock Options Plan 2019, resulting in the allotment of 5,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each at an exercise price of Rs 35 per option. Consequently, the company's paid-up share capital increased to Rs 46,84,80,86,390, comprising 4,68,48,08,639 equity shares, and Rs 1,75,00,000 was realized from the exercise of the options.
