Rajesh Power Services Limited informed the BSE that Viral Deepakbhai Ranpura (DIN: 07177208) has resigned as an independent director, effective August 11, 2026, citing personal and medical occupancy. Consequently, Ranpura will also cease to be the chairman/member of the audit, nomination and remuneration, stakeholders relationship, and corporate social responsibility committees of the company.
