Caplin Point Laboratories re-appoints Dr. Ganesan and appoints Mr. Muralidharan to key roles

Caplin Point Laboratories Limited announced the re-appointment of Dr. Sridhar Ganesan as Managing Director for a further period of two years, effective August 25, 2026, to August 24, 2028, and the appointment of Mr. D. Muralidharan as Whole-Time Director for two years, effective August 12, 2026, to August 11, 2028, both subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; Mr. Muralidharan will continue as Chief Financial Officer in addition to his Whole-Time Director role.
