Sai Parenterals Ltd consolidated sales down 9.73% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 39.82%

Sai Parenterals Ltd share price declined by 1.35% to Rs 579.4 after the company's net profit plunged by 39.82% to Rs 7.92 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 9.73% to Rs 178.67 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Pharmaceuticals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 25.12 lakh crore, gaining 4.41%. It has improved by 1.16% over last one week and advanced by 11.70% in last one month while the market capitalization of Sai Parenterals Ltd has gained 11.76% and 20.76% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Sai Parenterals Ltd stood at Rs 9.79 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 387.06% year-on-year, and crashing by 20.98% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 20 crore, surging by 452.51% YoY and dropping 14.78% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 9.31% to Rs 163.26 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 116.12 crore, growing marginally by 1.73% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.54 crore, registering a marginal contraction of 5.56% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 6.08% to Rs 163.11 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 71.38% to Rs 14.43 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 2802% to Rs 38.74 crore, and PBT soared 58.52% to Rs 19.91 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 33.15 crore in FY26, as against Rs 29.76 crore in FY25.
