Seshaasai Technologies Limited, formerly known as Seshaasai Business Forms Limited, will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (IST) through video conferencing, and has set Tuesday, August 18, 2026, as the record date to determine eligibility for a recommended dividend of 25%, or Rs 2.5 per share of Rs 10 each, for the financial year 2025-26.
