Max Estates’ committee approved equity share allotment under its 2023 employee stock option plan

Max Estates Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 51,525 equity shares under the Max Estates Employee Stock Option Plan 2023, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 1,63,51,34,100 to Rs 1,63,56,49,350, comprising 16,35,64,935 equity shares.
