Zen Technologies transferred shares to employees under its 2021 stock option plan

Zen Technologies Limited transferred 4,040 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each to eligible employees under the Zen Technologies Limited Employee Stock Option Plan -2021, according to a regulatory filing on August 11, 2026. The shares were transferred from the Zen Technologies Limited Employees Welfare Trust, and the total issued share capital of the company remains unchanged at 9,02,90,356 shares.
