Johnson Pharmacare Ltd. informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved shifting the company’s registered office from Desk No. 491-A, Office No. 4-D, Fourth Floor, Vardan Tower, Lakhudi Circle, East Wing, 2nd Floor, Near Sardar Patel Stadium, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380009 to Shop No. I-460, Fourth Floor, Titanium City Centre Mall, Near Sachin Tower, Anand Nagar Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad – 380015, as per Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
