The issue was subscribed 38.69 times. The issue opened for bidding on Friday, 7 August 2026 and it will close on Tuesday, 11 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 200 per share to 212 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 70 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 201 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 50 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 251 crore.
