P I Industries Ltd consolidated sales up 8.76% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit jumped 21.98%

P I Industries Ltd share price remained flat to Rs 2745.0. The Company's net profit soared by 21.98% to Rs 244.2 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 8.76% to Rs 1702.3 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Pesticides & Agrochemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.92 lakh crore, crashing by 27.69%. It has softened by 3.28% over last one week and edged lower by 7.44% in last one month while the market capitalization of P I Industries Ltd has eased by 2.24% and 9.97% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of P I Industries Ltd stood at Rs 321.8 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 36.58% year-on-year, and gaining 7.09% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 303 crore, plunging by 29.99% YoY and rallying 16.07% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 7.76% to Rs 1438.6 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 681.9 crore, inching up 1.93% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 260.8 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 14.99% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations dropped by 15.85% to Rs 6713.7 crore, while net profit tumbled by 20.44% to Rs 1320.8 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 188790% to Rs 1388.9 crore, and PBT collapsed by 20.82% to Rs 1696.1 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 474.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1413.0 crore in FY25. P I Industries Ltd nosedived by 28.72% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.56% during the same period.
