RailTel appoints Rajesh Gupta as Government Nominee Director, effective August 10, 2026

RailTel Corporation of India Limited announced the appointment of Rajesh Gupta as a Part-time Government Nominee Director, effective August 10, 2026, in accordance with a letter from the Ministry of Railways, Government of India dated August 10, 2026. Gupta, who is currently Principal Executive Director/Signal Modernization in Railway Board, holds no shares in RailTel and is not related to any other director or key management personnel of the company.
