Faze Three Limited appointed Mr. Mohit Solanki as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) with effect from August 17, 2026, and noted the completion of the five-year tenure of Independent Director Mr. Vinit Rathod, effective August 11, 2026. Mr. Solanki, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings over 14 years of experience from Barclays Bank PLC and L Star, and his appointment is proposed for a term of five years, from August 17, 2026, to August 16, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the company's next annual general meeting.
