IITL Projects Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all Connected/Designated Persons w.e.f. the start of trading hours on August 12, 2026, extending until the conclusion of September 30, 2026, due to ongoing assessments concerning an impending corporate initiative.
