Industrial Investment Trust Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all Connected/Designated Persons from the start of trading hours on August 12, 2026, until the conclusion of September 30, 2026, due to ongoing assessments concerning an impending corporate initiative.
