AXISCADES Technologies Limited announced that Mariam Mathew has resigned as a Non-Executive, Independent Director, effective August 11, 2026, due to increased family commitments. Simultaneously, the company appointed Ashmita Sethi as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director, also effective August 11, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, with a term of three years. Sethi, previously President & Country Head of Pratt & Whitney (RTX) India, brings over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
