Walchandnagar Industries Limited reported no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds raised through a preferential issue of Rs 247.59 crore, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd on August 11, 2026. The company had previously raised Rs 216.00 crore from investors and adjusted Rs 31.59 crore towards the conversion/appropriation of an outstanding loan.
