Zyudus Lifesciences shareholders re-elected Dr. Patel as Managing Director for five years

Zyudus Lifesciences Limited announced that shareholders at its Thirty First Annual General Meeting on August 11, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Dr. Sharvil P. Patel as Managing Director for a five-year period effective April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032, and the appointment of Mr. Kulin S. Lalbhai as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective May 19, 2026, to May 18, 2031.
