Peoples Investments Limited announced the appointment of Brajesh Palsaniya as an Additional Director, effective August 11, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and pending shareholder approval. Palsaniya, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), brings over three decades of experience in strategic finance and corporate governance, including previous roles at Raymond Ltd., Bajaj Energy Ltd., and Suzlon Energy Ltd., where he oversaw a Rs 20,000 crore Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) roadmap.
