Apollo Finvest to review Q1 financials and potential debt issuance on August 14

Apollo Finvest (India) Ltd. will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to discuss the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, subject to shareholder approval and statutory approvals. The company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, until August 16, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
