Om Infra Ltd consolidated sales down 22.32% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit saw a strong growth of 77.24%

Om Infra Ltd share price remained flat to Rs 87.55 after the company's net profit jumped 77.24% to Rs 11.45 crore, while revenue from operations plunged by 22.32% to Rs 124.37 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Civil Construction industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.34 lakh crore, dropping 14.46%. Profit before tax (PBT) of Om Infra Ltd stood at Rs 7.88 crore in Q2 FY26, tumbling by 666.91% year-on-year, and nosediving by 46.61% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 7 crore, tanking 216.53% YoY and plunging by 33.71% sequentially. Total expenses slumped by 20.88% to Rs 115.3 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 49.29 crore, growing marginally by 8.52% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.68 crore, softening 2.26% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tumbled 36.02% to Rs 712.66 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 23.63% to Rs 35.97 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 4814% to Rs 15.79 crore, and PBT tanked by 66.85% to Rs 28.41 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 5.8 crore in FY26, as against Rs 82.9 crore in FY25. Om Infra Ltd crashed 22.56% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.56% during the same period.
