Axis Bank increases paid-up capital by allotting equity shares under its scheme

Axis Bank Limited announced on August 11, 2026, that it has allotted 1,132,709 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to the exercise of stock options/units under its Employee Stock Option/Restricted Stock Unit Scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs. 6,223,299,068 to Rs. 6,225,564,486.
