Simbhaoli Sugars Limited disclosed that the Supreme Court of India has dismissed appeals filed by suspended directors, including Ms. Gursimran Kaur Mann, and farmers regarding a National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) order dated July 13, 2026, related to the company's Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated on July 11, 2024. The court granted liberty for farmers to agitate their claims before the adjudicating authority and noted that promoters may exercise available legal rights, with any proceedings to be decided in accordance with law.
