Manglam Global Corporations Limited, formerly known as Kshitij Investments Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, and to approve the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting on September 16, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio visual means, alongside a proposal for the issuance of securities by way of a preferential issue or private placement.
