Computer Age Management Services Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Mr. Kaushik Narayan Badri resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Fintuple Technologies Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAMS, effective July 20, 2026, due to other preoccupations and following the sale of his shares as a founder. The company refiled the intimation to correct a delay in the initial disclosure, which was unintentional and did not have a material impact.
