Biofil Chemicals extends directorship of Ashok Kumar Ramawat pending shareholder approval

Biofil Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Limited announced the continuation of Ashok Kumar Ramawat's directorship as a Non-Executive Independent Director, despite him attaining the age of 75 years. Ramawat was originally appointed on August 25, 2020, and his continued tenure is subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution at the company's 41st Annual General Meeting, in compliance with Regulation 17(1A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
