Syncom Formulations (India) Limited has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a dividend of Rs. 0.10 per equity share, representing 10% for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 38th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
