Repco Home Finance appoints Aparna Kumar, Bakthavatsalu Kannan, and P.R. Durai to key roles

Repco Home Finance Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Aparna Sudip Kumar as an Additional Non-Executive & Independent Director for two years, Mr. Bakthavatsalu Kannan as an Additional Whole-time Director for two years, and Mr. P.R. Durai as Chief Information Officer for three years, all effective from August 24, 2026, or co-terminus with their deputations from Repco Bank, the company’s promoter. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Rajagopal & Badri Narayanan as Joint Statutory Auditors for three years, commencing after the conclusion of the 26th Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval, in compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines due to the company’s asset size exceeding Rs 15,000 crore.
