Bodhtree Consulting to rebrand as Datakosa, secures investment from Nerdix and Virello

Bodhtree Consulting Limited announced that its board approved a name change to Datakosa Limited, subject to member approval, reflecting a new focus on data engineering, analytics, technology consulting, and real estate activities. The board also approved a preferential allotment of 23,52,940 equity shares to Non-Promoter Investors, M/s. Nerdix Technologies LLP and M/s. Virello Estates LLP, at a price of Rs 17 per share, resulting in a 9.72% stake for the investors combined. The company's 44th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2026, and the Register of Members will be closed from September 3, 2026.
