Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd consolidated sales up 121.99% on year in Q2FY2026

Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd share price declined by 3.17% to Rs 175.9 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 27.47% to Rs 1.69 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 121.99% to Rs 104.98 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Iron & Steel Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3.21 lakh crore, gaining 1.83%. It has inched up 1.80% over last one week and gained upto 5.98% in last one month while the market capitalization of Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd has softened by 5.68% and 1.68% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd stood at Rs 2.17 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 33.95% year-on-year, and plunging by 39.72% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, climbing 12.39% YoY and tanking 175.37% sequentially. Total expenses jumped by 117.33% to Rs 103.23 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 68.75 crore, jumping 72.52% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 2.45 crore, dipping slightly 1.21% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 30.10% to Rs 398.36 crore, while net profit tanked by 35.14% to Rs 2.03 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tumbled by 65% to Rs 1.27 crore, and PBT collapsed by 47.84% to Rs 2.54 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 23.66 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.26 crore in FY25. Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd nosedived by 10.73% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.56% during the same period.
